VANGART presents Sansho, in collaboration with Fin DAC.
This edition will be available exclusively for 72 hours, from 3 September 2026. After that, orders will close for good and no further pieces will be produced.
First created in 2020, Sansho is one of Fin DAC’s most emblematic works, embodying his singular fusion of portraiture, fashion and symbolism. It explores themes of identity through one of his characteristic masked female figures, combining intricate patterns, vivid colour and a bold graphic composition.
For this collaboration with VANGART, Sansho has been meticulously reinterpreted as a hand-embroidered edition. The fruit of close collaboration, every detail was carefully adapted to preserve the spirit and richness of the original painting while drawing on the unique qualities of embroidery. The result is a contemporary textile work that celebrates both traditional craft and modern artistic expression.
Made in Lyon in French workshops certified EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, France’s Living Heritage label), this edition is produced to the highest standards of quality, combining artisanal craftsmanship, innovation and exacting manufacture.

SUPERVISION
The artworks are produced in our workshop in Lyon, embroidered and then mounted on a custom wooden frame. They are delivered ready to hang, with a minimalist presentation that highlights the material and texture of the textile.
An optional frame is available, designed to remain discreet and respect the artwork. We advise against adding glass or plexiglass to preserve the texture and depth of the embroidery.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Each artwork is packaged in a custom-made wooden crate with internal foam cut to ensure a perfect fit. This guarantees optimal protection during transport.
Artworks are shipped ready for installation, directly from our workshop in Lyon to collectors and galleries.
