ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of textile artworks, art editions, embroideries, artistic objects, and derivative products marketed by VANGART via its website.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these TCS.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs, visuals, and representations of the works are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colors, textures, materials, or finishes may exist between the visuals and the final work, particularly due to the artisanal and textile nature of the creations.
Dimensions are provided for informational purposes and may have slight variations.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
The displayed prices are in euros (€).
Unless otherwise stated, they include all taxes (TTC).
Any shipping, packaging, insurance, or customs fees are specified before order validation.
VANGART reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
Any order becomes final after payment validation.
VANGART reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

incomplete information;

suspicion of fraud;

payment incident;
-
force majeure.
The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Payments are secured via authorized providers used by VANGART.
The order is considered validated only after effective receipt of payment.
ARTICLE 7 – MANUFACTURING AND LEAD TIMES
Some works may be manufactured to order.
Production and delivery times are indicated as estimates and are generally between 3 and 6 weeks.
These deadlines may vary depending on:

production volume;

material availability;
-
logistical constraints;
-
international customs formalities.
A reasonable delay will not lead to automatic cancellation of the order or a claim for compensation.
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided during the order.
VANGART ships its products to France and internationally.
Risks are transferred to the customer upon effective delivery of the package.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon receipt and reporting any anomaly to the carrier and VANGART as soon as possible.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Standard products in stock
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the private customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
Products made to order
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Works made specially to order, personalized productions, and editions manufactured specifically for the customer cannot be canceled or refunded after order validation.
ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTIES
The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and guarantees against hidden defects provided for by French legislation.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The works, visuals, photographs, texts, graphic elements, and content present on the site remain the exclusive property of VANGART or its partner artists.
The purchase of a work does not confer any right of reproduction, exploitation, or dissemination.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
VANGART cannot be held responsible for a delay or impossibility of execution resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French legislation.
ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on the website.
ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These TCS are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
