He came to prominence in the early 2010s with large black-and-white murals, often punctuated with touches of colour, depicting poetic, dreamlike urban scenes.

His world features simple characters — often children or anonymous figures — moving through imaginary architecture close to monumental cityscapes. These compositions play on the contrasts between space, solitude and human interaction.

A graduate in architecture, Millo brings a strong structural dimension to his works, in which buildings and cities become almost characters in their own right.

His work is now exhibited and painted in many cities around the world, notably in Europe, Asia and Latin America, making him a recognised figure of contemporary muralism.
