Fafi, a street artist born in Toulouse in 1975, first gained recognition in 1994 with her Fafinettes—powerful and provocative female characters. Her pop and feminist universe breaks away from the traditionally male codes of street art. Internationally acclaimed, she has collaborated with major brands (MAC, Adidas, Chanel…) and artists (M.I.A, Lily Allen…). In 2021, she launched the Fafinettes Portraits, transforming her collectors into artworks. Author of several books, she is currently working on the second volume of her graphic novel, while dividing her time between Paris, Biarritz, and San Sebastián.
