ABOUT
Founded in 2019 in Lyon, VANGART is a textile and embroidery creative studio that collaborates with a wide range of artists. For each project, we work in close collaboration with the artist to interpret their universe and body of work through a faithful yet singular embroidered creation.
Our studio is conceived as a space for experimentation, allowing artists to explore new forms, techniques, and mediums while expanding the scope of their practice.
Since its inception, VANGART has collaborated with numerous visual artists with diverse practices, both established and emerging, all of whom can be discovered here. We are always open to developing new projects and exploring new creative directions – feel free to share your ideas with us.
We also collaborate with galleries, cultural and artistic institutions, as well as collectors worldwide.
All VANGART works are entirely designed and produced in our Lyon-based workshop. We work with locally sourced materials and French suppliers, ensuring quality, durability, and close ties to the creative process. Since 2025, VANGART has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label, a French state distinction recognizing exceptional artisanal craftsmanship.
Each artwork is produced as a limited edition, signed and numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Every piece guarantees traceability, rarity, and artistic value. The works are shipped in custom-made packaging, ensuring optimal protection for worldwide delivery.
