How is a VANGART artwork made?

100% organic cotton
We make the ethical choice to use only organic cotton for the production of t-shirts, sweaters and hoodies. This not only allows us to respect your skin with soft materials, but also to think about the women and men who produce these clothes, and this, in dignified working conditions.
This process used obviously limits our environmental impact.
We are proud to use this organic cotton (which represents only 1% of the 25 million tons of cotton produced per year).
Embroidered and printed in France
Each work is made by our team, in a creative workshop located in Caluire, near Lyon.
Where to find VANGART artworks in shops?
You can now find a selection of VANGART works in the phygitale shop. Thunderstonelocated at Gare Montparnasse in Paris.
Are the artists paid?
Yes, the artists are remunerated on each sale we make (see "How is the price of a work fixed?").
How to integrate the VANGART gallery?
If you are an artist and you wish to join the VANGART gallery, you can contact us by mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the "Contact" section of the website.
Delivery and Returns
Why is it taking so long for my VANGART order to arrive?
The production of your artwork starts the moment you place your order. It is thus necessary to add to the delivery time, that of the production of your work, in order to optimize our production we group together some of our orders that is why the estimated delivery time is on average 15 days.
This is the price to pay to receive a unique work of art, made exclusively for you!
It is possible to cancel your order before it goes into production. We invite you to contact us via the "Contact" section if you wish to cancel your order.
What is the return policy?
Returns, exchanges and refunds of orders are possible via our return portal.
To obtain an exchange or refund, the item(s) must not have been worn or washed. All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
How do I track my package?
You will find a link to track your package in the email confirming your order. You can also track your package directly via the carrier's website (Poste or colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay) using your tracking number. If you can't find this number anymore, you can contact us via the "Contact" section, it will be sent back to you by email.
Our transactions are 100% secure. Your confidential data is not saved. When you browse our site, the padlock located in the address bar ensures that the transaction is secure and that the identity of the site is validated by an SSL certificate.
Payment for purchases is made by credit card. The accepted payment cards are : CB, VISA and MASTERCARD. The payment system used makes it possible to secure online payments through a process of encryption of banking data.
The bank details communicated by the Customer using do not pass through the Vendor's computer system.
